Mailing list and contact management software. OptContact provides an easy way of reaching groups of people. It includes mail merge feature to personalize each email and make it unique, like it was written personally to the client. In OptContact email submissions split in two types: regular submission and immediate. Regular submission allows sending a predefined set of messages sequentially, from the first to last, for each newly registered user. Immediate submission will bring a message to the current group. It is easy to send a personal Christmas greeting for colleagues or invite to the party friends who enjoyed email or automate a few days e-training.
